ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Lead concept, design, and tech pack development for all company apparel, delivering production ready assets aligned with brand and market trends
- Collaborate with licensed partners including DC, Warner Bros., Hasbro, Mattel, and Universal, ensuring compliance with brand and licensing standards
- Design customer-facing packaging distributed with every order, reinforcing consistent brand identity and licensing standards
- Conceptualize, pitch, and execute bag collections and accessory designs from ideation through production
- Design event visuals, uniforms, and merchandise for high profile activations, including Mr. Olympia competition
- Designed several trademarked logos and the 2026 Challenge Coin, both slated for use across 2026 product lines, marketing materials, and brand assets
